Your weekly horoscope is here. Capricorn gets the job done, wrapping its solar season with a powerful new moon.  In Gen Z slang, this is the CEO of new moons, the rizz slays all day, all the way to the bank!  Set those intentions for that final wish list of practical, worldly ambition and achievement! The very next day, the sun joins Venus in the humanitarian sign of Aquarius, followed by Mercury on Tuesday and Mars on Friday. We’re gearing up from earth signs to air, where communication moves quickly and so does people power. Aquarius is a sign of the collective, equality, and idealist social equity. In fact, the USA has a natal chart, and its natal moon is in this sign of “walk to the beat of your own drum.” It also explains a lot about the fraternity and brotherhood of the Constitution.

The Capricorn new moon on Sunday activates your sphere of work and wellness, so set your intentions for grounded routines you can stick to. What healthy habits are you ready for, and what kind of work are you stepping up and into through 2026? Authority and ambition are keywords. Are you ready to roar and step into yours? This is a potent new moon with resources every which way ready to be called in, and a little thorn in the paw as well. Deal with the sensitive spot that could be standing in your way to glory, dear Panthera Leo! Find your place in dynamic duos and balance your assets between me and we.

Capricorn (December 22–January 19)

New moon, new you, Capricorn. This is one of the best new moons we’ve seen in a long time. It connects to most of the planets in the sky, with some extremely helpful flowing aspects suggesting resources are there for you, so call them in. There’s one pain point, an old wound or sensitive spot you might not want to bring with you over the next year; however, you may need to face and feel it to heal it. Set your intentions on the best possible outcomes, and tune into the energy and feeling of having already accomplished them. Draw that feeling into your present moment as often as you like, but especially from Sunday and then through the week. Aquarius season begins on Monday, highlighting your sphere of values and resources, so take stock. Focus on this area throughout the month, including both your fiscal and physical health—health is also wealth! Remember, whatever the mind can perceive, it can achieve; where the mind goes, energy flows.

Aquarius (January 20–February 18)

Happy birthday, Aquarius! It’s truly your time to shine as Venus stepped into your sign on Saturday followed by the sun on Monday, Mercury on Tuesday, and Mars on Friday. That’s what we astrologers call a stellium (not a stallion, but it certainly gives it horsepower). All the planetary themes combine and must express together, collectively (how on brand), through the lens of the humanitarian water bearer. The water in question represents the life-sustaining waters of knowledge because, actually, you’re an air sign. Air is the element of fast-moving intellectual ideas, and movements of the collective, so you are truly in your element from Monday. Capping off Capricorn season on Sunday, a potent new moon is perfect for setting intentions on practical long-term goals, governance, and the kind of powers that be you’d like to see in the world. Why not be the change in small or large ways?

Pisces (February 19–March 20)

Sunday’s new moon resets in your social sphere of friends and groups with like-minded interests. Since it’s hosted by Capricorn on its last day of Capricorn season, now’s the time to apply themes of taking responsibility, maturity, and a serious approach. Perhaps you are ready to step into an official role within a group, create your own team, or expand your professional network within a business context. Whichever way you apply the reining themes, write out your intentions since this is a wildly productive new moon, with plenty of get-up-and-go energising it. Apply an attitude of absolute certainty to your wishes for this sector, and send them off with a simple yet serious ritual. The sun shifts into a month focused on group dynamics under the sign of Aquarius, the most intellectual, detached, and people-powered sign of the zodiac.  Activating your sphere of dreams and collective unconscious, this is a great time to tune into the unexpressed desires of the masses and consider how you may be a conduit via an artistic route.
