Your weekly horoscope is here. We can thank Ancient Rome for our current calendar and the reset date of January 1st. They also changed the presiding deity to Janus, the double-headed god of thresholds and new beginnings. He had one head looking back, one looking forward, and is associated with the zodiac sign of Gemini. As luck would have it, the moon is in Gemini as we cross the threshold from 2025 to 2026 so double down on this idea of holding two things at once, letting go with thanks (wipe your hands, clap them, flick it off) then welcoming, initiating your vision with a small step or ritual and visualizing a positive path and outcome. Mercury moves into Capricorn on the 1st, suggesting long-range plans, responsible comms, and a serious, business-minded mindset. Saturday's full moon in family-oriented Cancer continues the emotional peak to January 3, so ask that your signposts be revealed under the lunar light. Intentions from six months ago ripen now; what were yours? Emotional security is high on this list; nourish yours. Have a happy new year and know it holds the best for you!

The New Year countdown is on, and the drama is notched way up, but no pressure, enjoy hyping in the new year. The changeover is accompanied by the moon in chatty Gemini, so it’s all about exchanging stories and passing the talking stick so that everyone feels heard. Be the host with the most by facilitating proceedings so all in your company feel a positive sense about the incoming year, come what may! La luna waxes to peak as a full moon on Saturday, activating your sphere of dreams and the subconscious. Take time out to tune to your inner compass for direction and navigation in the year ahead. You may be especially aware of the emotional temperature of the collective: the hopes, dreams, and fears. Note your own, and what you’re picking up from those around you, or through media channels you’re exposed to. Centre and keep your feet on solid ground, ready to pace into 2026 in your usual fire-sign-blaze-of-glory, we expect nothing less!

Heading into the new year, we move with a collective, growth-oriented energy as la luna is waxing into a full moon on Saturday. Over the last few days of 2025, take that large silvery disk as inspiration for reflection on the year that has been. What did you discover, learn, embrace, what are you proud of and grateful for? Who did you meet, get to know better, and what was the highlight and pinnacle? Share these questions with friends and family in a way that's fun, drives curiosity, and opens dialogue. Then shift your focus to the new year and what you’re taking into 2026 to continue working on, toward, tweaking, and perfecting. Is there a new goal you’re ready to move toward, experience, or even room in your life for a new person, hobby, or outlook? Kick off the week by taking practical steps into 2026. On Saturday, a full moon activates your sphere of extended social circles, peers, and friends, so note this harvest point as a continuation of seeds sewn six months ago.

Libra (September 23–October 23)

As we wrap up 2025, what are your final thoughts on the year that was? Grab your favourite person or call a squad meeting to discuss. The handover is chatty in nature with a ‘sharing is caring’ m.o. So be sure everyone shares their take on personal 2025 headlines and on into 2026 wishes, commitments, and general commentary. Make it fun and positive while comms planet Mercury is in its last day of visionary, upbeat Sagittarius. A full moon activates your sphere of career and public image on the first Saturday of the new year. Note themes around being seen, your career trajectory, and how you wish to connect with both colleagues and the world at large, at least in your professional life. This is the balance to your foundation, your domestic sphere. Tend both arenas and have a brilliant new year.

Scorpio (October 24–November 21)

The new year is nigh. Have you tied up loose ends, said your piece, made amends, and all you need to do to travel lightly and unburdened into 2026? Go over the past year, revisiting milestones, setbacks, highlights, and what you’re grateful for. Let go and let Goddess because we begin again with a 'new year, new me' kind of attitude! Scorpio, you are represented by the phoenix and must rebirth often; renewal is your m.o! And that’s exactly how some cultures saw the rebirth of the sun moving through its fresh new cycle, about to gain strength on the rise out of winter toward summer. What then is your summer? What is the warmth and light that makes you feel alive, magnetising you to move toward it? On Saturday, the first full moon of the year activates your sphere of expanding horizons. In sister water sign Cancer, you might look at growing your contacts like an extended family. One in which you feel that far-flung members are still woven into the fabric of support and care. Maintain local networks while expanding your base, Scorpio.

Sagittarius (November 22–December 21)

From one party to the next to the next. Ok, so Sagittarius parties are over, Christmas is done and dusted, however, this week is the big one, New Year’s Eve! But first, make the most of this week while it’s on the upside-down fruit cake spectrum. That strange time between Christmas and New Year. These spaces between our familiar routines are a bit like travelling; they open us up to possibilities, and we let the light of possibility in through the cracks. Take your usual philosophical vantage point to look back at 2025 with a notebook in hand. What were the highlights, lowlights, lessons, and silver linings? What are you leaving behind, and what will you pack into your saddlebags to bring with you into the new year? If you could have a fresh start, what would that be, look like, feel like? How would you walk and talk? Canter into 2026 like that! Saturday's full moon highlights emotional security and connection in your sphere of other people's resources, looks like connection and opportunities for you, Sagittarius! Make the first move and pick up on what others are laying down!

Capricorn (December 22–January 19)

Of course, your sign hosts the new year, Capricorn, shouldering responsibility for the biggest events on most calendars. However, we must remember that Capricorn, besides diligent hard work and responsibility, also represents the horn of plenty; the outcome of all that hard work! And so, we enjoy this global night of celebration, fireworks, and looking to the future with renewal and hope. For you, dear Capricorn, if you haven’t already, chart out your course for this fresh-pressed new year and add finer detail if you’ve already begun the process. The full moon for your season is hosted and flavoured by watery, sensitive Cancer the crab, highlighting the axis between your personal path and your shared, relational life. Your significant one-to-ones are lit up, what is revealed in the build-up and then peaks on Saturday? Reinforce your love and care over this week as Mercury moves into your sign on January 1st.

Aquarius (January 20–February 18)

Since Mercury, the planet of comms, is in freewheeling, visionary Sagittarius until January 1st, make the most of the upbeat mindset. Gather friends, or meet up with a group you’re part of, to process 2025 and prep to proceed into 2026. Looking back, letting go, giving gratitude, and patting yourself on the back for all you’ve achieved, both small and large, is essential. And sharing those stories is powerful; it’s being witnessed and heard. You’re a communal sign, and one of friendship, so extended networks, and the odd stray, is totally your jam, tap in and help guide proceedings to a positive lens on the future and acceptance, if not pride, for the past. Sister air sign Gemini guides the moon over the threshold from ‘25 to ‘26, so expressing your feelings is important, just make sure you feel them as much as you articulate. A glorious full moon in caring Cancer blooms on Saturday, suggesting nourishing routines and emotional connections for wellness and longevity this year and beyond.

Pisces (February 19–March 20)

Are you ready to say bah’bye to 2025 and hello, let’s go 2026?! Wednesday is your final and last day to release what you’re definitely leaving behind in ‘25 and the resolutions you’re excited about committing to through 2026. Take a creative and fun approach to this exercise and share it with friends, family, or even better, children. They’re young at heart and open-minded enough not to talk you down from your loftiest of dreams! The first weekend of 2026 hosts a full moon just to say "Hey, I’ve arrived." The cosmic light is turned way up, and I want you to survey the emotional landscape. Check in with how you're feeling about this year’s renewal and where to go from here. In sensitive water sign Cancer, la luna amplifies your inner tides, like a lighthouse, it reveals any snags and crags you may need to address or skirt around. Emotional security is essential, and part of that is a rock-solid commitment to friends and the circles you move in, while feeling the same in return.
