After we invited Nicolandria—Love Island’s Nic Vansteenberghe and Olandria Carthen, the two most talked-about reality stars in recent memory—to Glamour’s 2025 Women of the Year celebration in New York, we were inundated with emails, DMs, comments, and videos about the pair. Fans were pleading, petitioning, downright begging: “Please, please put them on the cover!”
If you’re a die-hard Love Island fan, you won’t be surprised to know that the sheer reach these two young stars have is staggering. And if you’re not a viewer (what are you waiting for!?), consider this: Glamour got more than 1.4 million views on TikTok surrounding Nicolandria at WOTY, and 2.8 million on X, where #Glamourlandria became a trending topic during our event. Over on Instagram, the likes and comments were like nothing we’d seen in recent memory.
So we did what Glamour does best. We delivered in real time, with all the festive flourish we could muster. Our holiday present to you all: a cozy cuddle with your favorite couple—a couple who none of us knew this time last year and who gave us so much joy in 2025.
